Personal Hygiene

The first step to personal hygiene is the basic cleaning and grooming of our body. Basic personal hygiene will protect us in our daily lives from sickness and diseases and it can be an indicators of how well our body are. Personal hygiene includes, taking a bathe, hand washing, cleaning the ear, grooming and etc.  We should take a bath, it will removed Germs and chemicals (if any) in our body. It can also decreased our body temperature that will prevent stroke and other diseases. Hand washing, we should always perform this especially when we are eating to prevent from in taking bacteria in our body. To have a smooth and soft skin we need to apply lotion  after taking a bath and powder to dry out out our skin and reduce natural oil from excreting out of our body.

 A good personal hygiene will give us a high self-confidence ’cause you are safe from odors.

Tips: Always put on your mind that as a boarders, you should consider your boardmates.
