“There is no place like home”, as the old saying goes. Our home is where we first learn values and norms. Our parents teach us on how to be responsible in doing the different household tasks, the likes of washing clothes, cleaning the eating utensils, cleaning and such. Having a parents who showed good examples will motivate his or her children to do the same thing. Having knowledge about doing different household chores is an advantage during college specially when renting a room or bed.
